Webhosting Maintenance
  • Planned
    May 08, 2022 at 8:00 PM

Oncoming Sunday (10.00 CET – 15.00 CET) we will be doing a migration of all our webhosting plans. The migration itself will result in some downtime and an IP change.

Here are the things you need to know:

    • We will try to minimise the downtime, hopefully under 2 hours.
    • The IP of our webhosting and DNS servers will change.
    • If your domain is using our name servers, you will not have to do anything. Your domain will automatically pick up our new server IP’s.
    • If you’re not using our nameservers and are using something like Cloudflare, you will manually have to update your IP. The IP will be announced on the morning of the migration.
    • If you use our emails, it’s possible that mailing will not work properly during this time. Providers that try sending you emails will bounce and will automatically retry sending the email.

If you have any questions regarding this migration, feel free to contact us.

  • Completed
    May 08, 2022 at 11:39 AM

Our webhosting migration has been completed successfully. If you're using our nameservers, your service should be back online already. If you're using your own nameservers, please update the IP's for your websites accordingly.

Customers have received an email with the new server IP's.

We are now starting our webhosting migration.

Upon completion, our customers will be emailed their new server IP.

    Maintenance has completed successfully.

  • Update
    April 24, 2022 at 4:13 PM

We're still having issues in terms of stability with our reseller system on our new infrastructure. Some of the VMs are being rebooted constantly.

We're currently working on a workaround. Make sure to keep an eye out on our status page for the latest updates.

We're noticing some possible stability issues and will be performing additional hardware checks on some servers.

All reseller VPS services have been fully migrated. A quick reminder that Windows VPS's will require manual network configuration through our dashboard console. Linux servers should automatically have their new network configuration applied.

If you encounter any issues, feel free to get in touch with us regarding this.

  • Update
    April 24, 2022 at 11:16 AM

We have migrated and activated 50% of the reseller VPS's. They should be functional now with new IP addresses.

    Starting other 50% now.

We are now starting maintenance of all our EU Reseller VPS servers.

  • Planned
    April 23, 2022 at 9:00 AM

As previously announced, we will be continuing our migration for our virtual private servers that are hosted in Germany. Sunday (9.00 AM CET – 18.00 CET), we will be migrating all reseller VPS servers. This migration will not result in any data loss but will result in IP and network configuration changes.

For all Linux VM's, network changes will apply automatically. Windows VM's will require IP configuration changes through the remote console in our Dashboard. rDNS records will need to be recreated. These have to be requested via ticket.

Our resellers will receive an additional email with more information but all progress should be tracked through this page.

We suggest that all our resellers inform their customers in time.

VPS Migration | Germany VPS
  • Completed
    April 09, 2022 at 4:23 AM

Completed! This batch of VPS services has been migrated successfully. When we receive stock for our new location, our other customers will be migrated too. We aim to notify you a few days ahead. (Unless we happen to get our servers throughout the day so that we can proceed as initially planned!)

For rDNS: unfortunately due to certain network limitations, we are unable to proactively create rDNS records. If you require a rDNS record to be set and you were part of this migration batch, please reach out to us via ticket after pointing your DNS record to your server IP.

All customers that were affected by this migration will receive an email with more information shortly.

  • Update
    April 09, 2022 at 3:20 AM

We've migrated all the data we had planned for tonight. We're currently applying some final configuration changes while bringing up the first VPS's.

After that, we will be updating rDNS records and sending out an email to all affected customers.

As previously announced, we will be starting our migration for our virtual private servers that are hosted in Germany. In the next few hours, we will migrate around 20% of all VPS's. The rest will be announced at a later date due to stock shortage in our new location. This migration will not result in any data loss but will result in IP and network configuration changes.

For all Linux VM's, these changes will apply automatically.

Windows VM's will require IP configuration changes through the remote console in our Dashboard.
